01 / PURCHASES

Orders and product details

Before ordering, review the product page for its current price, features, required software, supported versions, included files, delivery method, and any product-specific license. The checkout provider will show the final amount, currency, taxes, and payment terms. A listing is an invitation to purchase, not a guarantee of availability until the provider confirms the order.

Discount code EASYMONEY is intended to apply a 5% discount once per customer where the checkout provider accepts it. The code may not combine with other offers. The final checkout total controls if a code is unavailable, expired, or ineligible.

Digital files are delivered using the method stated on the product page or checkout. Contact support if a confirmed order is missing or a delivered file cannot be opened.

02 / PRODUCT LICENSE

What your purchase allows

After a successful purchase, Night Crow Studios grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased files in the purchaser’s own Roblox development projects, including public or monetized Roblox experiences. You may adapt the files for those projects and show the resulting gameplay or rendered assets in videos and portfolios.

You may give a copy to a contractor or collaborator only when that person is actively helping develop the same licensed Roblox experience, needs the files for that work, and is bound to keep them confidential and follow these same restrictions. You remain responsible for their use. The license does not grant a right to publish the source files or grant other people independent use.

Any product-specific license shown on its product page or at checkout supplements these standard terms. If it clearly grants a broader or narrower permission for that product, that specific permission controls only for that product. No product license transfers Night Crow Studios’ ownership of its original work or any third-party rights.

03 / PROHIBITED USE

Keep the source files private

• Do not sell, sublicense, rent, trade, gift, leak, upload, mirror, or otherwise redistribute the source files or a substantially similar standalone version.
• Do not include the files in an asset pack, template, model, system, or service offered so another person can extract, reuse, or download them separately.
• Do not claim that Night Crow Studios’ supplied files are your original work or remove notices that identify their creator or license.
• Do not use the products to violate Roblox rules, another person’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights, or applicable law.
• Do not bypass technical limits or use the files to distribute malware, exploit users, or access systems without authorization.

These limits do not prevent you from distributing your own Roblox experience as a playable experience, or from sharing appropriately limited access with the collaborators described above.

04 / SUPPORT

Refunds, delivery, and help

Refund, cancellation, and dispute requests are handled under the terms shown by the checkout provider and the consumer laws that apply to the transaction. Nothing in these terms removes a non-waivable legal right. Where a product is faulty, materially different from its listing, or not delivered, contact support promptly so the issue can be investigated and corrected.

For product or order support, open a private ticket through Night Crow support and provide the order reference and a short description of the issue. Never send passwords, full payment-card details, or authentication codes.

05 / GENERAL

Updates and legal limits

Product pages, update notes, setup instructions, and checkout disclosures form part of the information for that product. Changes to these general terms apply prospectively; the terms and product license presented when you purchase govern that order, except where a change is required by law.

To the extent permitted by law, the products are provided as described on their listing without a promise that they will work in every third-party configuration or produce a particular result. Nothing excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Night Crow Studios may suspend access to a license after a material breach, including unauthorized redistribution, while giving notice when reasonable. This does not affect any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Before paid checkout is enabled, the seller’s legal identity, required contact information, governing-law terms, and any required digital-content consent must be supplied in the product listing or checkout. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply regardless of a contract clause.
